: My sibblings and I have an 1/5 interest in the family home. We are selling the property, however, one sibbling has Leins on the property. We all have a 1/6 interest Quick Claim Deed on the property. Are we all responsible for the one person's leins or only their 1/6 interest involved?

The lien is against the real property interest that sibling holds. You and the other 4 siblings aren't responsible for the lien, if it is only recorded under the name of one sibling.

The main problem is that the lien is a "cloud on the title". Even if all six people agree to sell, no buyer's lender will fund a purchase, unless the lien is payed as a condition of the sale.
