We won't do it...In Reply to: Occupancy Prior to COE... posted by Lughead on November 21, 2003 at 6:00 PM : hello : we are part way through escrow and the buyers are now wanting to move in prior to COE - : our concerns are that this may remove their incentive to close on time and possible create an unintended occupancy or have them begin to "nitpick" over minor issues as a requirement for closing : what have others done in the past and what protections did you use? : thank you ==================== Lunk, We don’t accommodate buyers asking to move in prior to the close of escrow.
