: Ward, I have a four-year old AJ against a debtor who owns lots of real property and who adamantly refuses to pay. I've read in your archives that you would start a Marshal's levy against the property but we don't have that process here in LA. How can I get him to pay? Do we have a Sherrif's levy in LA? What's the process? Thank you.
