Posted by heather on November 19, 2003 at 7:26 PM i have a new m.h. doublewide with 4 ac of land appr.@12000.00,paid 62000 for home.im in foreclosure . sale date is 12-03-2003.i would like to find an investor to buy my house and lease it back to me.i have three little kids,and i dont know what else to do .im in mississippi.please , anyone with any thoughts please respond.
