Owner and niegbour want out of the deal and house but I cant do anything until bk goes away. Owner didnt show up for the confirmation hearing (He does not want to go to court) thinking in a dissmissal but the bk trustee does not want to dismiiss. No other debt was included in the filing and the only one was the house loan. What is the faster way to have the bk go away? Owner really wants out and leave the state before end of november ...but refuses to go to court. If a person files a chapter 7, he has two opportunities to appear at the 341(a) hearing. (that's what its called). if he failed to show up for the first one, the hearing will automatically be continued for 3 weeks. If hefails to show up for the second hearing, then the ch 7 will be dismissed.
