BUT, THEY WILL NOT SIGN THE QUITCLAIM DEED PAPER TO GET THEIR NAMES OFF FROM THE DEED NOT AT THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE. THE LAWYER FEES ARE UP TO $500.00 NOW WHILE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THIS SIGNED. NOW THEY MAY HAVE TO PUBLISH. IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO AVOID PUBLISHING AS I UNDERSTAND THAT COST $500.00? I DON'T BELIEVE THE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR THIS DEED TO BE SIGNED. WHAT CAN WE DO WITHOUT A LAWYER TO GO BEYOND THE FORMER TENANTS TO GET THIS HOUSE BACK IN OUR NAMES. THEY LEFT THE HOUSE WE DID NOT FORCE THEM OUT!
