Sequence of competing trustee's saleIn Reply to: Trustee Sale posted by VJ on November 17, 2003 at 10:32 AM
: What happens when the 2nd and 3rd Trust Deeds to a property are advertised for auction at the SAME time at a trustee sale? =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= VJ, No, there's no coordinating between different trustees conducting simultaneous trustee sales on the same property. Any possible combination can take place where a junior lien goes to trustee's sale 5 minutes before the senior lien and then be wiped out by the senior lien. It's extremely rare for such a happening. But if you're faced with such a circumstance just determine the lien going to sale first and then reinstate the other liens.
