: Will a trust prevent an abstract of judgment from sticking to the title of a property if the owner is recorded like this: ================= Later, when I found out about the lien, I protested and IRS recorded a full release which nullified the lien. Since that time I've shied away from being my own trustee for privacy's sake. And when I act as trustee for others I use my LLC as the trustee. Hope this helps. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
