Re: Help...First Fclsr DealIn Reply to: Help...First Fclsr Deal posted by Brent on November 14, 2003 at 12:12 AM : I just have to start off by saying that this board has been a wealth of knowledge. : Anyway, I my partner and I did our first mailing ( about 500 pieces) and placed a number of ads in local papers. We've been getting phone calls and have several appoinments set up with people. I'm not worried about meeting with them. Although any advice anyone has on dealing with people in foreclosure would be a great help. : What papers do I have them sign? What kind of contract do I use? When do I open escrow? How do I avoid having the lender know that I want to assume the payments in case there is a due on sale clause? Are there certain (I'm in California) California Association of Realtor forms that I should be using? Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance. : Brent
Good luck, Mike
