Thank You Ward for your Awesome advise...Next is the eviction processHi I bought a property at a foreclosure sale in Oregon. What kind of form do I need to serve for eviction? Is it 30 days, 10 days, or 3 days. I'm all confused!!! I asked my attorney and he told me to serve them 10 days? Does that seem right? By the way the EX-owner is not living there, someone else is that is renting (almost looks like family, but I could be wrong). Also what is the legal way to enter the home if I can't tell if they've moved or not (called no answer, rang and knocked at the door & no answer). Do I need to post a 24 hour notice before I enter and change locks or can I just go in.(of course after the proper notice has come to an end). Thank you so very much, I get more of my questions answered here than any attorney I've dealt with....Happy to have found such a great club.
