I'd like to ask it from a different point of view. There are a couple of established firms around here, that te the preforclosure purchase market. From my observation they are offering prices similar to what those at the trustee sale are paying, maybe 90% of market value. Any idea what these boys are willing to pay as a rule, before the sale?
