What if the seller grant another deed to other person at later date than us but it get recorded. What is the effect with our deed that get granted before but not recorded??? The reason we don't want to record right away because don't want to get due on sale. (providing that we don't want to use Cloud, We have been doing this for a while now (you can ask Ward about us)and can help you with your questions. We would also be interested in buying the property directly from you so you can get your profit out of the deal ASAP, to free up cash for another deal. Give me a call, 818-597-1123.
