: : =?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?= : Why not get an attorney and answer the complaint and try to get the sale overturned for lack of notice to you? To find the appropriate attorney I would call several title companies there in NV and ask their legal departments for referrals of local attorneys that are experienced in title law and are known litigators on the subject. : After getting several list of referrals you should find some names that pop up on more than one list. Those are your best bets to interview with an eye towards representing you in getting your property back.
So far the attourney's I have spoke with say it will cost me $3000 min and closer to $10,000 just to answer the complaint and none have given me much hope of winning. They are saying that it does not matter that I did not recieve the notice. They just have to prove it was sent.
