Why not get an attorney and answer the complaint and try to get the sale overturned for lack of notice to you? To find the appropriate attorney I would call several title companies there in NV and ask their legal departments for referrals of local attorneys that are experienced in title law and are known litigators on the subject.

After getting several list of referrals you should find some names that pop up on more than one list. Those are your best bets to interview with an eye towards representing you in getting your property back.
