The deceased's relatives all abandoned the property and I've been spending the last month cleaning it up for move-in. I just was curious if I persue more of these, whether I should be concerned that some mistake in the probate could still haunt me after the trustee sale. I'm not too interested in pre-foreclosure anyway. I like the fact the trustee keeps me at arms length from the mortgagors!
