Liability insurance for single family dwellings is not offered by the Fair Plan. Contact an insurance agent and ask him/her for a separate liability policy. 2. Usually about 10 days at best for a quotation to arrive after they've received the request for a quote. As for coverage, it's bound (in force) on the quote date as long as payment is received within 15 days of the stated quote date. If payment is received 15 days after the stated quote date, then the policy is bound (in force) on the day that payment was received. 3.
