I agree with Ward, I have actually experienced it my self. I let the owner stay for 3 months. He was very willing to cooperate when he signed the contract, however when it came time for him to vacate the premises, he would use excuses like: "I can't find a place to live, no one accepts my credit" or "No one accepts my application" (yeah right, he hasn't even tried) what is even more ironic is that he was saying that even after I had paid him $13,000 for his equity. Hello

: Hello

: We bought a foreclosure home.

: The former owner has kept the place spotless. Her story of why she could not pay due to an injry makes sense.

: Is there more danger that the sale might be challenged later if we agreed to rent to her for a few months. In our area sales are very slow over the holidays thus it may be good to keep the place occupied over the winter months.

: What are people's thoughts on the matter.

: Thank you.
