Yes, here's three off the top of my head..In Reply to: Equity Lines On Investment Property posted by Ed on October 29, 2003 at 3:39 PM : I have an investment property that is currently rented out and has a nice cash flow and I was wanting to know if it was possible to open an equity line or start a revolving line of credit against the equity in the property. The property is tenant occupied currently and I don't need the cash immediatly and would prefer to be able to access the equity in the property without having to refinance the property and cash out to avoid the loan fees... : Does anyone have any reccomendations or know of any reputable Mortgage Brokers or Direct Lenders who can help ???? : Thanks, : Ed =?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?= Ed, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Washington Mutual are three banks I know of that will do an equity line of credit loan secured by investment property. I have six from Wells Fargo and am now in the process of getting one from Washington Mutual. Hope this helps. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
