: I am currently seperated from my wife and have no desire to be divorced. My wife will not cooperate with me buying properties at this time. Can I set up a Title Holding Trust without her consent and acquire properties without her consent with a Title Holding Trust?

Mike,

Yes, because technically you're not the owner of the real property, the title holding trust is the property owner. You're just the beneficiary who owns the beneficial interest in the trust, (which is a personal property interest, not a real property interest).
