: : : : Ward, : : : : : : Respectfully Waiting, : : He doesn't know anything the rest of us don't know. Look at the numbers. If you dunk $30 million dollars into real estate today at an average appreciation of 15% annually you will get around $4.5 million dollars of return a year later. The fact that Ward's "first pupil" does it buying foreclosures is irrelavant. Anybody could do the same buying out of the MLS -- of course you do need access to $30 million. : I am waiting, what do you know? I think your just full of yourself! Follow Ups:
