Junior Bene Buyout- Note endorsement

Get the endorsement in whatever name or entity you are doing business. Let's take some examples:

INDIVIDUAL: Roman Polanski


TRUST: The Pelican Trust, dated 5-03-02

or

LLC: Financial Fitness, LLC

or

CORP: Wachovia Investment Corp.
