Short duration for loan, buy and selll in 6 month. Not enough seasoning.

Steve,
My loan agent said if I keep on borrowing with short seasoning. Pretty soon I will establish a bad track record for my borrowing habits. The lenders will start denying my new request for loans. What to do?
Your help is greately appreciately. I will stop kicking myself.
