Posted by CJ on October 21, 2003 at 6:16 PM The Deficiency Notice I have states that "our intention on or after 11/03/03 to foreclose by sale under power of sal for breach of conditions, and by entry, the above captioned mortgage given to secure a note for the above stated original principal amount for the whole of part of which you may be liable to the above neamed holder of the mortgage int eh event of a dfiecieny in the proceeds of the foreclosure sale." What exactly does this mean, and while I'm trying to work something out with the Mortgage company and attorneys if that doesn't happen how long will I have to move out? Any insight, would be greatly appreciated.
