Although Mayland is a trust deed State, and NY is judicial. I'm in North Carolina which is a "mixed" state, (though closer to trust deed than judicial.) So I find the information on many of the boards useful, in one way or another. Just keep surfing around and learn what you can. I'm in agreement with Ward. What's bad is good.
