He was a ble to work a deal with the property out there and is dodging me for paying me the finders fee ($500)....what can I do? : Thanks ! ============== Dave, Your problem is chasing after someone, multi-states away, for a small amount of money. If he was in New Jersey and you had a signed finder's agreement I'd take him to Small Claims court and get paid or get a judgment. Perhaps you should require partial payment of your fee in advance in the future.
