Sometimes, the lender can continue with the foreclosure, at the point it left off when the BK was filed. Other states could require a re-start of the foreclosure process. What state is the property located in? : State is Florida. If you have a BK attorney, you'll want to verify this with them, but I'm pretty sure the foreclosure will continue from the point it left off.
