You seem t be very knowledgeable with matters dealing with WAMU.
WAMU recently foreclosed on my FHA/HUD home. I am trying to retain the property back.
I have person who is willing to buy back the property by any means necessary.

Can you help me.

: i am assuming that you are wanting to refinance...

: yes wamu does take % of purchase price or appraised - whichever is LOWER in the 1st year

: after 1 year it is appraised price
