By Offering What?In Reply to: Just laid off. Can I help anyone out to learn foreclosure process posted by Kevin on October 09, 2003 at 6:36 PM There are plenty of wanna-be's. They fill up the lecture hall at each of Ward's seminars. You'll probably get a better reception by being more serious and comitted. Don't talk like you're going to be sticking a toe in the water. Are you prepared to make this biz your PRIMARY focus-- and "work a day job" only if it won't interfere with your efforts at chasing foreclosures? If you're willing to spend time fishing leads, or getting dirty rehabbing a house, then somebody might train you. But most of us aren't interested in creating competition, unless it benefits us in the end.
