I lost my home to foreclosure and need to buy it back- looking for financing or someone to purchase the home and lease it back. I have a stable job with documented income that well exceeds the necessary to qualify for a loan. I was involved with someone that totally ruined me financially and need help in starting over. As i said I have no problem with payments- that was not what caused the foreclosure. Please any info would be so greatly appreciated. I have lived here 25 years. I have a family. Please help.
