: I have a liitle money saved up and want to either aquire some properties or...buy some deeds of trust or...lend some money secured by deeds of trust.

: I figure this will give me some flexibility a I talk to owners in default. Is there a trade group that has information on trust deed investments? Am I on the right track? I want to make sure that I have all the right forms, disclosures etc.

: Am I on the right track?

: Thanks,

: Mirko

Mirko:

Go to www.dre.ca.gov/trust.htm and there you will find one of the best articles on the how, why, who, what, etc of investing in trust deeds. It is a consumer info article by the California Dept of Real Estate.

Good Luck,

Bill H
