[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] 30 day notices Posted by rich sauer on October 01, 2003 at 1:23 PM We were served with a 30 day notice to move after orginal landlord lost his house in foreclosure.Is the new landlord responsable for security deposit and cleaning deposit?We tryed contacting him and he did respond once and asked if we wanted to buy.We asked to rent it from him and he ssaid he would let us know.We now have only 3 days left.What can we do? Or are we just out?We didn't pay rent because we don't even know who to pay.
