: I'm just looking for feedback from those that have had success doing Equity Buyouts. Any serious roadblocks encountered? Have the sellers in foreclosure tryed to exercise any recission rights in the allowed 2 year period?

Mike,

Most of the attempted recissions have one common theme running through them and that's that the buyer has allowed the seller to remain in the property for weeks or even months after they've bought the property.

Those buyers who structure their buys as to require the seller to move out within 10 to 15 days don't seem to suffer from the reneging seller syndrome and all the attendant lawsuit skirmishing that goes with it.

Hope this helps.
