Hopefully Ward will answer your question... but where we live a mobile home is personal property, like a car. At one time *they* put mobilehomes under the catagory of real-estate if they did not have the axles & wheels on them, however after a few years it was discovered that the county could not do this and it was switched back to personal property,,, you may want to check with your local county government in the county the home is located as each state/county will be different. (mobile homes have been good to me :)
