Multiple Chapter 13 Filed!!!

Posted by JC/La Quinta on September 16, 2003 at 8:00 PM

Very Frustrated! with two second trust deeds we have purchased. Debtors are professional bankruptcy filer's. The debtors seem to find an attorney who has no conscence taking their money to file multiple chapter 13 BK's. Both properties are owned by Loan Officers of well known banks! They really know how to work the system. In both cases they have not made a payment for over three years. I know the interest adds up but so does the arreages on the 1st T. D>. Sometimes the arreages add up faster than inflation. So I have to stay a head of the game and make sure I file my NOD, first.Has anyone been in this situation before, any advice? I have my aggressive attorney on these cases. Jan
