: It is my understanding that we are required to give them (the sellers) a copy of everything that they have signed. Presumably since you had the documents notarized, the sellers really would not have any recourse to come after you with a slimy attorney as the notary serves two functions: (1) that the signature is correct on the document; and (2) they understood and complied with the contents of the agreement. Further, I believe in a few of the agreements, there is something in there about agreeing to the contents of said agreement. Lastly, remember you can always walk away from a deal and if they put up a stink, there are other sellers out there who would not. And if you have given them some money, you would have recourse to sue them to enforce the contract they signed and get your money back, plus your attorney fees as per one of the provisions in the Equity Purchase Agreement.

James,

We are required to give them a copy of the EPA and 2 copies of the notice of cancelation.
Its been a while since I've read 1695 (may be 2 months) but I don't recall that it stated that I have to give them copies of anything else.

Where is it that you have found that we are required by law to give them copies of the trust agreement and assignment of beni. interest??

thanks

Zachary
