The seller wants to move in with her parents, clean up her credit, save money and wants the option to buy the house back. Within the year, we will be renting out the property to someone else. These extended workouts almost always never work out as presented and you then have to initiate or complete a foreclosure. Whatever happened to good old "flipping"??
