: Hi Ward--

: Are their any pitfalls to allowing a seller to buy their property back within a year? The seller wants to move in with her parents, clean up her credit, save money and wants the option to buy the house back. Within the year, we will be renting out the property to someone else. The seller is behind on payment but has not received the NOD and she has lots of equity in the home but can't refinance.

: thanks again,
: Camille :)

Camille,

How do you profit and WHEN??

These extended workouts almost always never work out as presented and you then have to initiate or complete a foreclosure.

Whatever happened to good old "flipping"??
