we too are interested in your situation for the same reason...

not because we want to take advantage, but rather to reduce the chance of a slimy attorney trying to do some frivilous action

additionally, the folks who you helped prior to the sale seem to have a short memory ... often they had no options due to the impending sale, yet afterwards even with a split in the equity they come back wanting more

let's see what others have to say...

this seems to be an improtant issue
