: Zachery, Good question , as a month ago in the state of Texas we had given the sellers a copy of every Paper that was signed we got the keys and sold the house two days later with a closing in 10 days the old raltor told the seller and guest What happen then? I recived a call from the sellers attorney and said my paper work was Illegal and I was involed in a crimal activties.
We called the title company that was doing the closing and told them that we are the new owners and not to close the deal. They wanted to see the new warranty deed of ours , so we went and showed it to them, It really didnt matter as two days later they closed the deal with the original seller. Can you beleive it. So at the county court house we are first to file the deed . We are starting legal action right now.

Hope This Helps you in your Decission Zachery! Good Real Estate Investing To - All
