he can be the trustee or any title co can act as trustee

: I have a relative, that may be interested in loaning back some of my equity, from the foreclosure I bought last week. (He figures why not collect the interest for himself-- instead of watching me pay it to a bank.)

: Would I need to locate a 3rd party to act as trustee, or can a D.O.T. be recorded between just two parties?

: I suppose we could just do the note privately, without recording it. But I'm wondering how it should be done "according to usual business standards."
