Already recorded deed....how about doing this??

Posted by zachary on September 12, 2003 at 9:20 AM

Ward,

Unforetuently I already recorded the deed....

I'm having to move fast on this one as it is nearing the trustee's sale.

what if I did this as a work around for this one:

-have seller change address with lenders (to my PO box)....basically just do a change of addresa and not tell lender about the trust.

-I get an additional insurance policy and don't give them info about the loans.....

-I pay sellers old policy to keep lenders happy, I pay my policy to preotect me.

will this work??

thanks

ZAchary
