: Generally a foreclosure will continue onward to the foreclosure auction unless the delinquents payments are fully reinstated. : So it would be smart to reinstate now and get a credit for the payment on behalf of the seller at the closing. Ward, I've struggled with this, if you reinstate before closing the seller can cancel escrow, if you wait untill after closing the house could be sold or you can have great difficulty reinstating. How can you guarantee certainty? Dave
