There's a foreclosure on a 1997 trust deed, for a property granted as a life estate in 1994. : Since the deed of trust is junior to the life estate, would a buyer of that foreclosing DOT only own the property, for the life of the grantee? =================== Sean, If the foreclosing trust deed included the signature of the holder of the life estate then her interest would be forfeit at the foreclosure auction.
