: Ward, I recently boutght a preforeclosure property, and want to sell it for a profit. The house has a flat-asfalt roof, and is currently leaking in 3 diferent places. What do you usually suggest to do in this situation, fix it, or put a new roof?

Gonzalo,

Get a thorough roof inspection by a roofer and choose his recommendation of either repairing or replacing the roof.
