There's no EPA in NV ...In Reply to: Equity Purchase Agreement posted by Gary (Ca) on September 08, 2003 at 11:07 PM : Ward, : Does a equity purchase agreement apply in Nevada similarly to the way it does in California? If so, how can I reference the laws that talks about this? -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Gary, No, the EPA (equity purchase agreement) does NOT apply to Nevada foreclosures.
