Here's my understanding of the FL process.

Lender will seek and probably obtain a foreclosure judgment.
Auction sale of the property will be 20-35 days after the foreclosure judgment.
If no objections are filed within 10 days of the date of sale, certificate of title is issued.

Redemption ends with the certificate of title.
I'm no authority on FL practices, but I can probably point you to FL statutes if you want them.
