Use the current version of the form and it's not there.

: Hi Ward,

: Yet another question. :)

: In looking over the Net Equity Worksheet, I came across another number I am unsure on how to determine it. How do you come up with the VA/FHA allowance points? Is there a formula and/or a calculator I should be using?

: Thanks a million for your help.

Jim,

That's a earlier version of the current Projected Net Equity Worksheet. Use the current version and you don't have to deal with it.
