Seasoning....

Posted by zachary on August 30, 2003 at 2:20 PM

i know this has been asked (may be even by ne!!) but I can't seem to bring up the exact question/answer in the search function....so here it is again :-)

when taking title via a land trust and then immediately re-selling it to retail buyer what type of issues arise regarding seasoning??

Seems that in some parts of the country peopel run into major seasoning issues.....
I'm here in Ca (san fran area).

I have 3 pre-foreclosures that I may get (finanlly...have had 2 many fall thru!!).....will be taking via land trust, and re-selling imediatly.....
I'm just concerned that there will be title seasoning issues...

it will be obvious at closing who the beni.s are so the lender will know that title changed hands a short time ago.

any info would be great!!
