: Ward,

: This is gonna sound like a stupid question, but, here goes...
: If you have never filled out the needed forms when completing a deal (preforclosure), how do you go about it? I mean, I can read and everything but Ive never filled any out and i wouldnt want to screw it up, so how does someone get a 'guide' or guidance in filling theses out? Can i go to a title or escrow company for help? Thanks Ward....

: Jim

Jim,

This is one of the essential exercises we go over in our various one-on-one classes. And after the class our graduates can fax us their filled in forms to see if there are any errors.
