I got the condo under contract for $430k without any agents involved. I'll tell the full story after the dust has settled, since it's quite interesting. Now, before I go open escrow, are there any pitfalls or things I should watch out for before then, and after? I've filled out and handed over the env. hazards disclosures, and the standard disclosure forms filled out meticulously... is there anything I'm forgetting to do here or that I should be cautious about that you guys can think of?
