Why wouldn't you? What if the debtor actually completes his BK plan? Sounds to me like you should get everything you're owed.

To be more nitpicky, is the $50,000 the original amount of the 2nd, or the balance? Such a round number makes me think it's the original amount. You might be owed something like $46,877.45 or something. Be sure to get that straight.

BTW, I know nothing about bankruptcy filings. I'm just winging it, here!
